TTD/TPD PTD benefits software
|
|
|
Software
is state-owned, free, and does not come with any technical support
from the Workers' Compensation Division or DCBS. The user is responsible
for keeping software current by downloading upgrades.
You'll need a computer with a 486/66 processor, Windows 95/98/ME/NT/2000/XP,
16 megabytes of RAM, and 10 megabytes of hard drive space.
You
may update the data file each year by running either the PTD or
TTD/TPD program and then selecting FILE menu and clicking CHECK
FOR UPDATES. If you need to download the data file manually please
click the links below with the right mouse button and select Save
Target.
Click
the PTD or TTD/TPD links below to download the installation file.
If you need to download the data file manually to update your calculator,
right click on the PTD Data File or TTD/TPD Data File.

Permanent partial disability (PPD) calculators
|
|
|
Customers
may download these free PPD calculators and modify them to meet
their needs.
The Workers' Compensation Division and its customers have tested
these calculators extensively. However, the division does not guarantee
accuracy of computations and assumes no liability for output errors.
The division encourages use of the calculators to check results
of manual computations. Users should update the state average weekly
wage tables annually when this data is published in Bulletin
111.
The
hearing and vision calculators will compute impairment only. If
the worker's return-to-work status does not satisfy the criteria
in ORS 656.726(4)(f)(D), permanent disability must include a value
for work disability. See OAR 436-035. Use the whole-person calculator
to compute awards that include work disability.
