Virtual conference details

Be sure to provide an accurate and legible email address when you register to ensure receipt of the instructions to sign in to the conference and access the sessions and materials. You will need to use this same email address each time you log in. 

Watch for the instructions and updates via email from IWCF@bellsouth.net. Please add IWCF@bellsouth.net as a trusted contact for your email software. 

Recorded sessions, live Q&A, and on-demand recordings may be viewed on the Chrome browser to open the Whova platform and run videos on Vimeo. Please check with your IT department to ensure your browser has access to Whova.com and Vimeo. You may also view recordings on your mobile device by downloading the free Whova app. 

Note: Any text, including Q&A and chat, submitted through the conference platform or by email, may be captured or broadcast as part of the conference. Unlawful harassment and derogatory comments are not allowed, and recording or broadcasting conference presentations are expressly prohibited.

Cancellation and refund policy: Written cancellations and requests for refunds must be received at IWCF in order to receive a refund. No refunds will be issued for cancellations after October 21, 2022; the full registration fee will be forfeited if you fail to attend. Substitution of personnel is recommended in lieu of cancellation after October 21, 2022.

Special needs: People who need special services should notify the Workers’ Compensation Division no later than 15 working days before the conference.
