Podiatrists, chiropractors,
physician assistants, and
naturopathic physicians
who treat patients with Oregon workers’ compensation claims must certify to the director of the Department of Consumer & Business Services that they have reviewed and read informational materials
developed by the Workers’
Compensation Division.
